Following His Lead

For the small group, which began as:  a word spoken to Rachel Koontz- her passion to ignite and fan the flame - and the Holy Spirit always being the fire in our hearts that long for deeper things of true substance - rooted in Jesus our Lord and His Word.

This is for the ones who met together with love and passion, to study God's Word, grow in faith and love, and seek first His Kingdom, as brothers and sisters in Him. Thanks be to God our Father Who leads us in His Light and in His might.

We once were peasants of the land

Laden with our sins

But a King came to save

And now we're sons and daughters of a King

All sons and daughters of The King of kings

Walking in this broken world

But as princesses and princes of God's Kingdom

We are rich - 

Rich in Love.

We may be just a small group

But we've got a big God

Whether young or old

We hold on

never letting go of You

We've tasted and seen of God's goodness

At the table of the redeemed

Through the blood of the Lamb -

Jesus Christ our Savior

We may be just a small group

But we've got a big God

The devil will send his army to take your joy away

But never fear

God's angels will protect

His mighty Hand always to lead the way.

Step by step He'll lead you home

Carrying you under the shadow of His wing

With our hearts, to Him, praises we sing

Follow Him all your days

And find grace at His throne

He is good and faithful in all His ways

We may be just a small group

But we've got a big God

The Bible is our guide

Leading us onward

Preparing us for the fight

We fight the good fight with His might, not our own.

From different directions we came

But with one purpose, one God

Our number may be few, but our hearts are full,

abiding in Jesus Christ our Lord.

We may be just a small group

But we've got a big God

It's time for directions to change again

His heart leads us elsewhere

It's never easy to say goodbyes

But we will meet again someday

in the palace of The King.

We may be just a small group

But we've got a big God -

We've got a GREAT God.
